She was born in İzmir.

She met with theatre; during her education on foreign language department of Selma Yiğitalp High Scool.

From 1998 to 2002, she completed her bussiness Administrative education in Marmara University. Enthusiasm of acting didn't lose any influence on her in the university years.

From 2001 to 2003, she presented news about culture, art, music and sports in the live show named Telepazar broadcasted on Trt 1.

From 2002 to 2003, she performed the character, Pelin, for 47 episodes in the Tv series named Koçum Benim directed by Serdar Akar broadcasted in Trt 1.

In the year 2003, she took full credit from the audience upon her performance for her Gümüş character in the Tv series Abdullah Oğuz's Estağfurullah Yokuşu broadcasted in Kanal D.

In the year 2004, Nehir Erdoğan appeared in the movie projects for the first time. She played the leading role, Güldem, in the movie named Okul directed by Taylan brothers and produced by Sinan Çetin. In the same year, she appeared as a man for the character Kız İsmail in the movie named Merhaba Hababam Sınıfı directed by Kartal Tibet.

While shooting the projects Okul and Merhaba Hababam Sınıfı; she continued as the host of Tv show named Life Style Cinema, which started in 2003.

In the March of 2004, she appeared on Tv as the host of the music contest named Pop Star (live) broadcasted in Show Tv.

From the June August of year 2004, she utilised her vacant time in Los Angeles with advance language education and she attended on the Eric Morris Acting Class.

From 2004 to 2007, she performed the character, Nazlı, daughter of a family from Gaziantep, in the Tv series broadcasted in Kanal D, named Yabancı Damat directed by Taylan brothers and produced by Türker İnanoğlu, After making huge success in the prime time ratings of Turkey; the series reached similer success in its appearance with Mega Tv of Greece.

Durung June and July of 2007, in Los Angles USA, she worked in the movie project named Broken Angel directed by Aclan Büyüktürkoğlu. She played the leading role, a Turkish girls named Ebru.

Currently, she continues her role as Fadime, in the Tv series of Star Tv named Tatlı Bela Fadime directed by Cankat Ergin and produced by Türker İnanoğlu.

She played the leading character Asılacak Kadın, in the short movie project of Mustafa Altıoklar named Taammüden Cinayet which met with audience in the December 2007.

In the March of 2008, Broken Angel met with Turkish audience, Nehir Erdoğan took great compliments from viewers and cinema critics on her performance for the leading character in the movie.
